~Please note where possible I try to to use recycled packaging, this means my packaging is not made for my brand and will vary.....I have a huge passion for recycling and often repurpose clothing and jewelry into new designs also.

Please be aware that there maybe delays because of the Covid - 19 virus restrictions - all purchases will be sent asap but I can not guarantee the usual post times, please account for delays of up to 2 week if receiving by standard post (unless otherwise arrange all post is standard post from NZ)~

This shop often consist of items that are 'one off' and will not be repeated, this makes those items extra special (I'm am one person making all these individual items by hand). SHIPPING AND TERMS
~ Please be aware that there maybe delays in shipping due to the Covid - 19 virus restrictions - all purchases will be sent asap but I can not guarantee post times~
~ Standard Airmail usually takes between 6 - 10 days (item is posted once payment has cleared) items are insured but do not come with tracking info, if you are concerned about this please upgrade to the 'Tracking' in the shipping section ~
~Please let me know if you require you item for a set date in this instance it may be best to use Express Airmail which comes with tracking and shorter delivery time. I would recommend this over busy times of the year like Halloween and Christmas ~
***Please note Items that go missing once in transit and require a refund become the responsibility of the NZ Post I can not control what happens once it leaves my hands (items are insured for this reason), an investigation is always launched and once the paper work is complete a refund can be expected. I will not personally give a refund for missing items.....
***Buy wisely!!! If an item is undesired once you receive it because you've had a change of heart or it doesn't fit please discuss this with me asap on the items arrival, we will work out a solution, this may not include the refund of your money!!! In most cases I will instead offer a 'Store Credit' to the same value as long as the item is returned in it's original condition.
